This department of education is officially appointed and endorsed by the Hmong State’s founder Seng Xiong and Hmong State leaders.  The responsibility of this department is to teach and educate individuals who are interested in learning how to read and write Hmong writing system “Phajhauj” (pronounced Pahauh) second version created by Mr. Yang Shonglue in 1959.
